Right directionality is the foundation of sign painting. It says “I am here,” “You are going there,” and even “Would you like to know where the washroom is?”

That is exactly what I did for Taub Family Outpost in Napa, California. A classic Northern California farm-to-table restaurant, we pulled out all the brushes for this one—the sign brushes, the fine art brushes, and even the gold leaf we applied to the mirror.
